It’s back! A class that focuses on building strength, developing flexibility, and personalizing our yoga practice for the needs of our body’s unique needs. This class invites us to support one another in finding a yoga practice that is right for us. We will work with muscular-fascial lines, use chairs and other props as needed to customize our yoga experience. And we will use breath, sound and meditation to learn to release and let go of tension and stress.
